Service Terms and Agreements

LOCAL CUSTOMERS
  All local customers not on a monthly service agreement are expected to pay for services when they are rendered providing prior arrangements have not been made
OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS
  Out of town customers fall into two categories, monthly lawn agreement, and per service accounts. The per service accounts will be billed out on the day the service is completed. Monthly agreement customers are obligated to pay for services in advance. Any services that do not fall under the agreement will be billed separately on a per service basis and prompt payment is expected. Payment not received within 10 days of the due date will be charged a late fee of $15.00.
SERVICE PACKAGES
  We have custom packages available to fit your needs upon request. Our service packages can be customized to cover all aspects of you home or office needs. Please call for more details.
FEES AND PENALTIES
  There will be a $15.00 late fee charged on any outstanding payment that is not received within 10 days of the due date.There will be a $35.00 fee on any check that is returned for NSF. Fees are subject to change based upon the current market. Any outstanding accounts that go beyond 30 days will be charged an additional 10% per month until satisfied. Service contract customers will not be affected by any changes being made prior to signing a new agreement.
